Sarah & Addison's Wedding Album

I am very excited to have completed Sarah and Addison's album. The past month proved to be a difficult month with my full time job, a sudden development of carpal tunnel, moving into our new condo, and being out of town 3 weekends. But in the end, the book looks great. Again, note that there is an overlap in the middle of the spread to account for the gutter.

These are the proof spreads, once Sarah gives me final changes, I will post the final album.

Samantha and Brandon's Wedding Album

It looks like Samantha and Brandon had a great wedding day! Their album is completed and the order has been placed. Check out the design! Note that I add an overlap to account for the gutter. When the book is printed, there will not be an overlap.

Pricing

Update: I am no longer charging for the album design. In trade for pay, I would like the freedom of time. I work a full time job, have a new condo and a husband. All of these things take up my time and I don't want this hobby to cause stress in my life. Thus, I am now doing designing free of charge with the understanding that it may be 5 months before the design is completed.

The pricing is for just the design of the layouts and does not include the cost of the book. The price of your book will vary depending on which printing site you use as well as how many pages you have.

The price also includes a 1-hour minimum phone conversation to discuss your event and what you remember most about it.

I charge $6/page for the design of your book. I will give you high resolution .jpg files that can be uploaded into any online book publishing software. These files are uploaded into a full-bleed layout (page with just one picture taking up the entire page). If you would like, I can place the order for you and the cost of the album is added to your invoice. This helps if you have not used the printing software before.

How does this work?

Step 1: Contact me to find out about current availability

Step 2: Send me these items:

• Upload 200 pictures using MediaMax (or mail me a CD)
• Your phone number
• Where you plan to order your book from & which size
• Approximate number of pages you would like
• Any text you would like in the book
• List of any specific fonts to be used
• Ranked list of your top 20 favorite pictures

Step 3: I'll call you to discuss your event to get a better feel for what you are looking for in the album

Step 4: I will send you a proof

Step 5: You request revisions on up to 1/2 of the pages

Step 6: I send you the high-res jpg files for you to order your book with

Step 7: (optional) I can order your book for you if you would like

Fun Effects

I use Paint Shop Pro and MS Publisher to create the layouts so that I have infinite flexibility. The other great thing is that I can enhance the photos. The following photos were enhanced for Samantha and Brandon's album. These ehancements are included free of charge.
